For your convenience, Adams Horse and Pet Supplies hopes to make the returns and exchanges processes as fast and easy as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product within 21 days (saddles must be returned within 7 days) of receipt (as indicated by UPS) for an exchange, store credit for a future purchase or refund of the purchase price of the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted after the 21 day limit. Items must be in new condition with tags and packaging in place. Used, abused, or broken after use items will not be accepted. Items without original packaging or with tags removed will not be accepted. If you receive an item that is damaged or not in new condition, we need to be contacted immediately. Failure to do so will force us to believe any damage occurred while in your possession and will deem the item non-returnable.
